The course is designed to enable Masters and Watch keeping Officers to develop their existing knowledge, understanding and skills of the behaviour and handling of ships in normal operations and during challenging condition i.e. with help from pilot. This will be achieved through a concentrated period of exercises on a full scale simulator bridge, supported by a programme of lectures and instruction.
